Dry hopped with a blend of Galaxy, Wai-ti and Sorachi Ace. Tropical fruit and
mixed citrus taste. Passionfruit, mandarin and kaffir lime aromas. The mouth
feel is smooth with a dry finish. Goes well with gyoza and chicken Karaage.
